Environmental credentials

We understand that transparency is the key to being a responsible steward of our client’s capital. Our pioneering work to undertake reporting that is in line with the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures is one example of how we are prioritizing this across our client portfolios – but we also recognize the importance of setting a positive example in our own business operations.

That’s why we publish annual summaries of the building efficiency and our environmental efforts for our principal offices in London, San Francisco, Hong Kong, New York, Dublin and Tokyo. These audits report in detail on the environmental credentials of each of our buildings, and which including energy efficiency and consumption, carbon emissions, and waste disposal and recycling. Please let us know if you would like to receive copies.
